your requirements. When you upload a classified, it is displayed to thousands of
people at realtime. |

Q.2 What are the charges for rockshell membership? |
|
Ans: Membership and classified display are absolutely free. We charge only for Value
Added Services which are optional. |

Q.3 How long I can display my classified? |
|
Ans: Presently, you can display a classified upto 1 year. |

Q.4 What are the benefits of being member of rockshell? |
Ans: Only members can display their classifieds and can send messages to other members.
Being a member, you can refer your friends and in future, they might become your
source of income.
Every month, members win several prizes, some are performance based and some depends
on luck. |

Q5. How members earn money? |
|
Ans: Rockshell.com is not a MLM (multi Level Marketing) site but, it shares the
profit with the source. For example, if you refer a friend and he buys a VAS (value
Added Service), you will get 20% of the actual amount. It goes upto 5 levels. |

Q6. What are VAS (Value Added Services)? |
Ans: VAS are optional and members can purchase as per their requirements. Presently
there are 3 types of VAS,
1. Custom Messages There are a lot of pre-defined messages to communicate with other
members but if someone needs to send a message in particular format then he can
purchase this VAS and write messages as he wants. Another good feature with custom
messages is, member can save his messages for future. This way, he can store multiple
messages for different situations.
2. Bold Listing Moon can be traced very easily due to his size and brightness. Same
way, if your classified is bold listed, will be displayed in different color and
will attract the visitors more than normal ads.
3. Featured Classified This is most effective way to show your classified to visitors.
Featured classifieds are visible on top, right or bottom (as per your choice) and
are clearly visible to visitors on each page of category/subcategory or classified
home page. Featured classifieds are displayed on rotation basis. |

Q7. How payment system is safe at rockshell? |
|
Ans: We accept payments through many types of credit cards through paypal and from
paypal accounts directly also. This is safe as paypal doesn't disclose credit card
details to vendor. |

Q8. Can I get intimation of recieved messages via mail? |
|
Ans: Yes, you have to select option for same in "Personal Details->Settings". |

Q9. How can I use my earned reward points? |
|
Ans: You can purchase VAS in lieu of reward points. |

Q10. How can I use my earned money at rockshell.com? |
|
Ans: Once your amount reaches 100$, next month it will be transferred in your paypal
account. From there you can transfer to your bank account or debit card, if paypal
allow the same for your country/bank/credit card provider. Along with that, you
can purchase VAS also. Price will be same for cash payment or for cash redeem. |

Ans: There are multiple types of reward points, can be earned easily. i.e. when
someone joins rockshell.com by your reference you earn 20 reward points. There are
